These are our Italian and Japanese Interpreting Service Rates for Direct Clients in Japan

We are freelance interpreters, not an Interpreting Company. This is why our rates are so competitive. Furthermore, the next time you need our services it will be the same person to serve you and we believe this is good for the continuity of your working relationship with your partner.

And don't worry if one day the interpreting time stretches one or two hours more, we are not very strict with our extra-charges.

Since we can work only for one client at a time, when you place an interpretation order with us we will have to set the relevant time span specifically for you and therefore during this time we will also have to turn down other clients' request. Please understand that if the order is canceled before the scheduled service actually starts, the following cancellation rates may apply:

Cancellation Fees:
3 to 7 days before the actual service start: 50%
Within 2 days before the actual service start: 100%

Conditions

The standard rates shown in this page apply for a period of 8 hour per day. For periods up to 4 hours these rates may be reduced.

Rates do not include lunch/dinner, hotel and transportation expenses in case the service is carried out far from our location. However in some cases we may waive these additional costs.

We offer special conditions to Interpreting Agencies.

Rate for each extra hour: 30€

If not otherwise agreed our payment term is 30 (thirty) days from the invoice date. However, new clients are kindly requested to pay with cash at the end of the interpreting service. From the following time payments can be made by bank transfer upon the invoice date.
