If you send us your source text in electronically editable format we can use our software to automatically count wordsn or characters. If you send it as fax or printout the word count will be made on the resulting target text rather than on the source text.

Conditions
Translation rates are normally based on 1 source Italian or English word or Japanese character when the source text is available in editable format. Depending on the type of subject matter, a lump-based rate may apply. Our minimum charge is 30 € with all expences born by the client.
These rates apply to standard difficulty translation jobs. Special rates may apply to specialistic texts (please specify this in our Translation Request form). In some cases rates are quoted based on the amount of time that is deemed necessary for the translation, rather than on the word/character count.
Outside Japan we do not accept orders from private individuals.
Translation orders cannot be cancelled when the translation is already in progress.
If not otherwise agreed, our payment term is 30 days from the invoice date.
