What does competitive rates mean? We offer you more than simply good rates.

We work with both translation companies and direct clients, to whom we offer competitive rates without compromising on quality. To translation companies however we offer special conditions (please send your inquiry using our contact form).

* When the source text is on paper or not editable. If we receive the source text in an electronically editable format (Word, RTF, etc.) we can use our software to automatically count words or characters. However if we receive it as fax or printout the word count can only be made on the resulting target text rather than on the source text, and sometimes it can be longer.
VAT is not applicable in Japan.

Conditions
Translation rates are normally based on 1 source Italian or English word or Japanese character when the source text is available in editable format. Depending on the type of subject matter, a lump-based rate may apply. Our minimum charge is 30 € with all expenses born by the client.
These rates apply to translation jobs of standard difficulty. Special rates may apply to specialized texts (please specify this in our Translation Request form). In some cases rates are quoted based on the amount of time that is deemed necessary for the translation, rather than on the actual word/character count.
Outside Japan we do not accept orders from private individuals.
Translation orders cannot be cancelled when the translation is already in progress.
Our payment term is 30 days from invoice date.
